How do cake pops handle heat?
High temperatures or high humidity are a death sentence for cakepops as they are coated in chocolate. It is highly recommended that cake pops stay in an indoor climate controlled environment or refrigerated to increase their shelflife.
How do I store Cake Pops?
Cake pops store fine at room temperature for 4 days or refrigerated for a week thats if they last that long uneaten.
How do I store Cupcakes and Classic Cakes?
Our cupcakes and cakes can remain at controlled room temperature for 3 days or 1 week in the refrigerator.
How do i store my Custom/Specialty cake?
Custom cakes are covered with a sugardough known as fondant. The fondant acts as a seal on the cake and prevents it from drying out a well as providing a surface to us decorate on. Custom Cakes should NOT be refrigerated as the fondant will harden and become more difficult to cut. Keep your custom fondant covered cakes in a controlled dry room temperature environment prior to consumption.
How are my Cakepops packaged?
Cake pops are individually wrapped in clear cello-bags and tied with a ribbon.
Can I get the Cakepops without the stick?
Yes, you may order the cakepops without the stick if you want.
Order Times:
Due to the high demand in orders, we do ask you make your orders in advance to avoid disappointment.
All custom orders require a MINIMUM two week notice period. Wedding cakes require at least two months notice. On occasion we may be able to fit in orders within the abovementioned notice period at our discretion, call us directly with urgent requests.
